During Fall of 2015, while working to redefine and improve the customer experience of Rx Savings Solutions’ Customer Portal, I also undertook the much needed task of updating the Rx Savings brand, which was languishing under a long and painful identity crisis. After a few weeks of research, interviews and sketches, I pulled together 5-6 solid directions that I presented to C-level management. Of those, this was the favorite, unfortunately (you knew that was coming, didn’t you?), the CEO had a last minute change of heart and we continued to use the old look. It’s a bummer but I’m still proud of how this stuff came out.
